• Research on industry-related topics
• Creating various content types (videos, articles, images, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
• Creating new designs, concepts and content for greeting cards and social media posts
• Suggesting new, fresh ideas and ways to the company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Assisting the creative and marketing team with the design of promotional materials. Eg. Photoshoots, social media content, newsletters etc
• Collaborating and liaising with internal departments (design,marketing and management etc) to establish social media content, campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Assist marketing team to develop a content strategy across all channels.
